Designation of systems

Energy accounting and maintenance control systems are designed for keeping records of equipment operation, technological accounting of energy consumption, namely electricity, gas, fuel and lubricants, control of the timeliness and quality of regulated types of maintenance, control of the use of spare parts and consumables.

The purpose of implementing the systems is to control the timeliness and quality of technical maintenance, control and save the costs of energy carriers and consumables by the Customer's company due to the following factors:

  • choosing the optimal set of equipment in terms of energy consumption to perform certain technological tasks
  • control over the consumption of energy resources by each mechanism, unit
  • compliance with the stated hourly schedule of energy consumption
  • drawing up a projected energy consumption schedule
  • control of the timeliness and quality of regulated types of maintenance
  • control of the use of spare parts and consumables

 

Composition of systems

Systems are built according to the four-level principle:

I level (lower)

includes information and measurement channels, namely - current and voltage measuring transformers, electric energy meters, gas meters, heat meters, fuel and lubricant flow meters, and other devices. Data set to control equipment motors, frequency converters, and soft starters are also used.

II level (medium)

includes an information and measurement complex - data collection and automation equipment and cabinets. Data from staff controls of systems for automated control of technological processes can also be used.

III level (upper)

includes an information and measurement complex, which includes a data collection server, local and remote PCs of automated workplaces. Data from the software of systems of automated control of technological processes can also be used.

IV level (holding level)

includes a data collection server, local and remote automated workplaces of the holding's staff.

 

The following data are determined well in advance of the performance of work on the basis of an inspection of the Customer's facilities:

  • list, types, parameters of the equipment subject to control
  • list, types, parameters, data transfer interfaces of existing control equipment
  • a list of cable networks, feeders, electrical substations that provide power supply to technological equipment
  • the list and composition of technological lines (routes of movement of products) that are subject to control

 

The obtained data are entered into formalized tables. Based on the received data, control equipment is selected, which must be added to the existing one. Data on the types, frequency, content of maintenance work, use of spare parts and consumables are entered into the AC by the responsible technical staff of the Customer at the stages of implementation and operation of the AC.

 

Main functions of systems

  • accounting of working hours of all mechanisms included in the system
  • receiving and integrating at set time intervals instantaneous values of electrical energy calculated by electrical energy meters and specialized electrical energy measuring devices for each individual electrical device with processing and storage of this data on a data collection server
  • reception and integration at set intervals of gas consumption values calculated by gas meters for each individual gas consumer with processing and storage of this data on the data collection server
  • reception and integration of fuel consumption values (gasoline, diesel fuel,...) calculated by flow meters for each individual consumer at set time intervals with processing and storage of this data on the data collection server
  • provision of operational and technological information for the specialists of the main energy department and other services of the enterprise both at local APMs and at remote APMs (using GM Internet or VPN channels) regarding the condition of equipment, their electricity consumption, frequency and content of all types of maintenance, repairs , prevention in accordance with the recommendations of the manufacturers of each of the mechanisms included in the system
  • notification of responsible persons about the occurrence of unusual or emergency situations at the Customer's facilities in the form of SMS alarm messages or on dispatchers' workstations using light and / or sound alarms
  • maintaining a database of consumables and fuel and lubricants
  • formation of regime letters and reports
  • integration into the enterprise's corporate network

 

Electrical parameters control equipment

It is fundamentally important for the System to have data on the consumption of electricity by each mechanism, including the consumption of reactive energy. This information will make it possible to calculate and forecast technological costs as accurately as possible, monitor performance, predict the occurrence of malfunctions, and identify the facts of no-load operation.

The customer can install equipment of any manufacturer, depending on the available technical (availability of physical space in already assembled cabinets) and financial capabilities.
