Grain crop sampling systems

The company is the largest and most advanced manufacturer of grain sampling systems in Ukraine, both for sampling from car and train bodies and from hopper wagons.

The systems include samplers that provide sampling from a depth of up to 3 meters due to a rotating probe tip. The systems ensure the delivery of samples to the laboratories via a pneumatic line, the division of samples into the required number of portions and the return of the remains to the bodies.

Depending on the operating conditions, the dimensions of the site on which the sampling system will be mounted, and the wishes of the Customer, the system may include one or more moving modules, the latter, in turn, may be equipped with a coaxial or telescopic probe.

The composition of the system:

• One or several movable mobile sampling units;
• Cabinet or control panel depending on the number of mobile units;
• A pneumatic transport system, which includes blowers, a pneumatic line and a return hopper;
• One or more laboratory cabinets;
• Main and backup radio control sets;
• Video control kit, which includes surveillance cameras and cameras that are installed on moving blocks.

• The probe is made of stainless steel with a quick-change tip in the form of a rotating drill;
• All external equipment is covered with powder enamel resistant to atmospheric effects;
• Reliable hydraulic equipment of tiled execution of leading European manufacturers is used;
• The rotation of the levers does not require maintenance;
• The flexible air line has smooth inner walls and an antistatic spiral, made of durable polyurethane, designed for the transportation of all grain crops.
