Mill productivity control systems

The system is designed for automatic control of mill productivity by flour grades according to the data obtained from the scales at the entrance and exit of the mill.
In order to achieve the maximum productivity of the mill, the system monitors the operation of the weighing equipment in real time.

The system provides the mill staff with reliable data on the productivity of the output of finished products, based on which the correctness of equipment settings and technological routes for the movement of grain and grain products is assessed, which, in turn, allows the staff to optimize technological processes for maximum productivity.

The system can work both autonomously and as part of the ACS of the mill. The system provides an opportunity to exchange data with the system of qualitative and quantitative accounting of grain and grain products "SAKURA" INNOVINNPROM and accounting programs of the mill.
