Systems of formation of grinding batches

The system is designed to automate the processes of forming grinding batches before grinding at mills.

The system ensures high precision in the formation of grinding batches by automatically controlling devices for regulating the grain in the flow (RGF) and/or weight dispensers.

The system operator is provided with a convenient functionality for creating and adjusting the recipe. The system will check the percentage composition of the total product and calculate the amount of each product for the given grinding batch. It is also possible to choose a recipe from the library or download from external resources.

The system can work both autonomously and as part of the ACS of the mill. The system provides an opportunity to exchange data with the system of qualitative and quantitative accounting of grain and grain products "SAKURA" INNOVINNPROM and accounting programs of the mill.

The main functions of the system:

• formation, adjustment, import, export of recipes of grinding batches
• automatic calculation of the number of doses and the weight of the last dose for weighing dispensers, the degree of opening of shutters for RGF
• control of weight dispensers and/or RGF
• equipment operation control
• adjustment, calibration of weighing dispensers and/or RGF
• prevention of emergency situations, in the event of their occurrence, emergency notification of the operator
• generating reports
