SAKURA-V: "Flour Milling PTL" APM

The automated workplace "Flour Milling PTL" is designed for managing the technological document flow of a grain processing enterprise regarding the quality of processed grain and flour production.

Main functions of the "Flour Milling PTL" APM

• Accounting for the quality of finished products during production (Forms 52, 57), grading, and shipment;
• Generation of reports on cleaning of production facilities and grain processing results (Form 117);
• Calculation of milling mix recipes for various types of grinding (Form 109) and calculation of flour production yields;
• Generation of analytical cards and product quality certificates;
• Management of the placement scheme for finished products in mill hoppers;
• Quantitative and qualitative accounting of finished products at the mill (Form 36).
